Toledo, Ohio – Today is National Embrace Your Geekness Day, and that’s exactly what we are doing at Imagination Station. Once considered derogatory, the word ‘geek’ has come to symbolize and describe someone with sincere passion and above-average intelligence for a specific topic; typically in the scientific or computer fields, which makes Imagination Station the ideal destination to celebrate this unique holiday.

Every day visitors to the science center are surrounded by ample opportunities to let their inner geek out for a while and explore the over 300 interactive, hands-on exhibits available to them.

Whether you’re spending quality time with our super-cool geeks – the Scientists, in Science Studio; exploring and learning on your own or as a family throughout the museum, or participating in awe-inspiring demonstrations in the Extreme Theater; Imagination Station offers every one of its visitors an opportunity to let their geekness grow and be a star for the day.

The Imagination Station, located on the downtown Toledo riverfront, is a science center dedicated to delivering science and technology based programming to youth and their families throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. All activities are included in the cost of admission.
