We are celebrating science with an explosive event.

On behalf of the kids who visit us, the Imagination Station Board of Directors and our entire team
would like to thank everyone who made THE BASH2 a HUGE success!

THE BASH², Imagination Station’s annual fundraiser, infuses the sciences of taste and sound into one unforgettable evening, with a twist. A twist of lemon, that is. Guests will be surrounded by delicious samples from over 20 of Toledo’s favorite restaurants and our signature Molecular Martini. Guests will be met at the door by the Glass City Steel, Toledo School for the arts steel drum band. Then the Motown sounds of Lady K will keep guests moving and shaking across the dance floor while our mixologists pour it on doing what we do best – science – mixology style. Check out our chemically inspired signature cocktail recipes for you to try at home.

While your sweet little scientists are at home all snuggled in bed, The BASH gives you a chance  to explore Imagination Station and be a kid again! Defy gravity on the High Wire Cycle, stroll through our BODIES REVEALED Exhibition*, enthusiastically bid on your favorite auction items, or grab a cocktail and head for the Gravity Room – however you choose to experience The BASH, we promise you’ll have fun and you might even learn a thing or two.

Live Auction - Cayman Islands Getaway

Guests can experience the science of probability first hand with a live auction, silent auction and raffle featuring a collection of exciting items to bid on or enter to win. Maybe it’s just the luck of the draw in a raffle or it’s a deep desire to be the highest bidder in the auction, whatever the motive for participating, we’ve got items well worth the bidding.

Live auction items include:

• Weeklong getaway to a private residence at the Ritz-Carlton – Grand Cayman Resort
• MudHens Suite package for a party of 16
• Private dinner with Toledo Firefighters
• The Best seats in the house for Toledo’s 4th of July fireworks, right here at Imagination Station

The Science of Sound:

Guests will be greeted by the melodious island sounds of Glass City Steel, Toledo School for the Arts steel drum band. The feature entertainment of the evening, Lady K, will rock the stage with their 60′s Motown sound, flamboyant steps and romantic melodies, starting at 8pm.
