Winners will be contacted the week of December 17th. Winning children will receive free admission to Imagination Station after the meet and greet.

*50 winners will be chosen (this number is children, not adults, but includes total number of children in each family) in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each winner will be allowed to bring all children in the immediate family.  Each child participating will be counted as one of the 50 winners.

Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, 50 Prize Winners and their legal guardians will receive a meet and greet with the Sesame Street character Elmo.  The meet and greet will be at Imagination Station and is free and includes an activity table and access to a digital photo with Elmo or take their own photo. Winners of the age of 12 or under will receive free admission to Imagination Station after the meet and greet with Elmo.  Everyone over the age of 12 will be required to pay admission at Imagination Station.

Limit: One (1) prize per person and per household.

No refund or compensation will be paid in the event of the cancellation or delay of the Meet and Greet, or any portion thereof.  Sponsor will not be liable if the Event, or any portion of it, is cancelled or delayed.  Sponsor may in its sole discretion, attempt to reschedule for a future event. Event tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer.  The terms and conditions of the Event tickets may govern if the Event is cancelled due to weather, an act of God, and an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason.  Sponsor is not responsible for, and will not replace, lost, mutilated, or stolen Event tickets, vouchers, or certificates.  Exact details, shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Potential winners will be notified on or about November 19, 2012 at the telephone number provided on the potential winner’s entry form.

To claim his/her prize, the potential winner must personally come to the meet and greet at Imagination Station on Saturday, January 12, 2013 10am – 11am EST and must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
