Kids learn best by doing and our 100,000 square-foot facility houses more than 250 hands-on exhibits, demonstrations and educational programs designed to enlighten, entertain and build interest in science.
Our mission is to inspire in children the wonder of science and technology, preparing them for lives and jobs in our knowledge-based economy! We are committed to offer core programs that will enhance and improve STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) learning outcomes.
Your donation will enable us to deliver a memorable on-site experience for the children, teachers and families that attend Imagination Station on field trips and personal visits. Your financial support will also contribute to outreach programming to classrooms and schools in the form of Workshops on Wheels, Science Festivals and Interactive Distance learning.
We witness, first-hand, the expression of awe and excitement when children walk through our doors. We want to make this experience possible for all children regardless of their socio-economic status. Your contribution will also raise funds to make this happen and bring high-needs kids to Imagination Station.

With experiences that imitate real life, like a hospital, grocery store and construction zone, kids get a unique opportunity to develop science fundamentals about forces, motion and math. Water, earth’s most abundant resource, has an entire learning world celebrating it’s power. Inside Water Works, visitors can manipulate sand banks and water currents to explore erosion, witness the awesome power of a water vortex, or take on the tremendous winds of a hurricane in the Hurricane Chamber.
