THE BASH infuses the sciences of taste and sound into one unforgettable evening. Enjoy an exclusive Mixology demonstration and see how LN2 and CO₂ add an icy touch to your favorite cocktail; indulge in our signature drink and delectable cuisine from some of Toledo’s favorite restaurants and dance to the sound of the KGB Band!

The Mixology Demonstration:

Featuring some of sciences most unique and entertaining influences on the world of Alchemy, our scientists will become bartenders as they turn your favorite spirits into solids by the simple infusion of liquid nitrogen and dry ice.

The Science of Taste:

The Science of Sound:

The Toledo School for the Arts Urban Jazz Collective will be welcoming guests between 7-8pm, and then our feature entertainment of the evening, The KGB Band, will rock the stage with their 60′s Motown sound, flamboyant steps and romantic melodies, starting at 8pm.

The Science of Chance:

THE BASH will give you the opportunity to explore the science of probability first hand. Bid on a variety of exciting prizes during our live auction, including a weeklong getaway to the Cayman Islands and Ohio State vs. Michigan football tickets. A silent auction will feature a collection of gift baskets, restaurants gift certificates and much, much more!
