Early Childhood Programs

Children are born scientists!  They have an innate interest in the world around them.  Imagination Station wants to develop this interest in our youngest visitors through special programs geared specifically for kids kindergarten age and younger.

Extreme Science Demonstration

Have you ever seen water defy gravity?  How about metal sparks?  Or a liquid that's -320 degrees?  Imagination Station's Extreme Science demonstrations explore fundamental science concepts with and exciting, extreme twist.

Field Trip Think Tank Workshops

Imagination Station Think Tank workshops give students a way to explore specific content that may be difficult to teach in the classroom.  Our 45-minute sessions offer structured, hands-on curriculum that will open minds and encourage learning during your field trip.  And best of all, they're FUN!

Dissect a cow's eye, create an electronic greeting card and get hands-on with the life cycle.  There's a science-stuffed topic for everyone!

Imagination Station is your resource to help bring science to life. Our monthly homeschool program is created for students in grades K - 8. Each virtual session will cover a variety of topics that will encourage exploration and discovery, with a little bit of messy science along the way.

Mini Explorers Club

The world is an amazing place, and the Mini Explorers Club invites our littlest explorers to learn all about it with their families! This FREE program for families of children ages 3 - 5 encourages young scientists and their family lab assistants to explore and discover the world around them through Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (STEAM) programming designed to spark curiosity and ignite imaginations.

Science After Dark

All those 21 and over who have ever wanted to enjoy the science center without kids in tow and get a chance to explore the Anti-Gravity Room or experience the BOYO without a long line, will not want to miss Science After Dark at Imagination Station.

Science Festivals

Science Festivals give students the opportunity to be scientist with 12 hands-on activities.  Imagination Station comes to your school, day or night, to give students and parents a chance to explore science.

Science Story Time

Early literacy is a key component to a child's development and Science Story Time is a great way to get little scientists excited about reading. Not only will they listen to a fun, interactive story, but everyone will also get a chance to complete an activity.

What could be more exciting than spending a day with your troop, den or pack having a blast earning your badges?  Imagination Station has you covered!  Get ready to practice your engineering skills, become an inventor, program robots or discover outer space.  There are so many ways to harness your inner scientist!

Your students will be amazed once they've entered our portable planetarium. STARLAB® allows students to study the night sky without leaving school. They'll gain a new understanding of the stars in our galaxy and learn the stories that made some stars famous.

Summer Camp

Imagination Station Summer Camps are the place to be for one-of-a-kind experiences and unforgettable memories.  Campers, ages 6 to 13, will spend a week experimenting, problem-solving, designing and so much more! With both virtual and on-site sessions, these science-stuffed programs have options that meet the needs of every family.  From space and pirates to coding, make summer better with science camp at Imagination Station!

Think Tank Workshops

Think Tank Workshops allow you to use real tools, familiar materials and lots of freedom to explore your own ideas.

Workshop on Wheels Junior

Don’t miss our special programming for our littlest audience. We come to your school or day care and provide 45 minutes of instruction on a range of different topics. Guaranteed to engage your budding scientists!

Workshop on Wheels

During each program, one of our extreme scientists will video conference into your classroom for a science demonstration to get students actively engaged and then guide your class through the entire workshop. We are open to whatever technology services your school approves of for the virtual interaction.
